Could be instincto, your body's way of telling you you've had enough of
a certain food. Truely amazing how you can start eating something which
tastes good, when all of a sudden you feel the taste going less
appealing, the texture not as attractive etc. Perhaps this could be part
of it too.
I firmly believe in my bodies ability to recognise what it needs and for
how long. That is, if I eat Paleo otherwise I just go crazy from all the
different little "poisons".
