I wouldn't have a problem outliving all my friends,
you can always make new ones, take up new hobbies, and
do things to make your life interesting and enjoyable.
 Traits shared by most centurions.

I choose not to follow a hard core calorie restricted
diet because I don't want my quality of life to
suffer. I enjoy my sex life and the lean body mass I
carry around.

I'm mindful of calories and don't over do it. If I
were to guess I'd say I'm about 10% restricted
compared to my SAD days. Several studies have shown
than even small amounts of restriction, ie.. 5 or 10%
will add a few more quality years to your life and
reduce your chances of catching a disease that will
take you out early . Thats all I'm looking for.

Mark
