Which I think is a great idea. If Loren Cordain were to see what I eat in a
day, he'd tell me to eat more vegetables and less fat. But I feel better
doing what I'm doing. Only you know what's right for you. To a degree, at
least. I've been told MANY times on this list that one thing or another I'm
doing is just HORRIBLE, but it works for me. Everybody's different!
And no, this is not a private message mistakenly sent to the list. I think
we need to realize that none of us have all the answers. Anyone else ever
feel that way? I'm not trying to offend, but I AM trying to defend other
people who've been "put in their place" when what they were doing wasn't
that bad.
