leave them on the supermarket shelf.  apart from a few of the green leafy
ones, which supply potassium and folate, none of them contribute worthwhile
amounts of anything. many of them contribute allergenic or antinutrional
compounds.  for antioxidants go for berries and plums instead. or
cider/wine.
