Welcome, Fredrik! Glad to have you among the cohorts of sensible, crazy
paleo people. I am, of course, kidding. --About the crazy-part, that is.
It doesn't matter what anyone else thinks about your diet, only what you
think and feel about it and experience from it. I've been paleo for 9
months and, like you, wouldn't think of going back to the old way of eating.

I don't normally eat seeds, either, except for *very* rare occasions that I
make Baba Ganoush with sesame tahini. A few days ago, though, I was
thinking that maybe I should eat pumpkin seeds occasionally or maybe
sunflower seeds for their purported health benefits. I would be interested
in knowing why you don't eat seeds.

I, too, used to think of my problems as just something to be accepted and
endured. What a crock. Nutrition *is* the foundation of good (or bad!)
health. You're in good company with many others who have found the healing
properties of a paleo diet.

Again, welcome!
