Does anyone have any anecdotal evidence about magnesium
supplementation? I was very interested in the article, some points of
which I had known years ago and then forgotten. I am wondering if
taking Mg would help with localized chronic muscle fatigue, like
cramps and attenuation, with which I am bothered. The onset was
related to continued overtraining, which I have long since ceased,
but still suffer from undue fatigue from limited use.
Of course, I'd prefer to get Mg and other minerals from a food-based
Paleo-type source, like kelp or algae. Any suggestions on adding a
food or supplement? I eat a moderate-to-large amount of very dark
greens, lots of avocados, garlic, and bananas, and not much else
regularly, although of course I eat what's in season - this in
addition to large amounts of meats and eggs, some raw.
Thanks for any thoughts,
ginny
