At least we agree on that!  I'm a 'constitutionist' and I hate to see our
civil liberties tampered with, even to fight terrorism.  It's one more
reason for me to hate Bin Laden and others of his ilk.

But you know, Al Queda isn't the only terrorist network out there. There are
the IRA, the Provs, the Basques, the Path of the Shining Way (from Peru), et
al., and I include the drug lords in that group, too.  So if it hadn't been
Al Queda, it would've been someone else, IMHO. It was just a matter of time.
