I used to use Land O'Lakes, white, American cut at the deli. The store no longer carries it. So, I tried County Line. I just got done talking to ConAgra who is the major distributor for many products.
County Line, white, american cheese, sliced at the Deli is Gluten free. Delicious, I might add.
I inquired if they also distribute any blue cheeses. They distribute Treasure Cove. She was pretty sure it wasn't because of the way the molds are produced. She did some further checking and comfirmed that it IS NOT gluten free.
