Dear Listmates:

I sent an email to Sun Luck company (from their website) asking if they had
any gf products or a list of such products. They manufacture many Asian
sauces and foods. Here is their reply. It seems a good thing that we keep
asking these companies about the gf status of their products, as it prompts
them to at least think about presence of gluten in their foods and perhaps
they'll change their processes to meet this market.

Also, I'm not aware the soy itself has gluten--rather, it's the soy sauce
that may contain gluten. Does anyone know more about soy?

Wanda

Thank you for your email.
Unfortunately, we do not have a list of gluten-free products available.
Since most of our sauces is made with soy, we do not claim any to be
gluten-free.

We have recently had several inquires about gluten-free items - therefore we
are requesting letters from our manufacturing plants stating whether or not
they are gluten-free.

I am sorry I could not be of any more help.

Sincerely,
Amy M.
