Dear Ms. Rinehart:



Thank you for your recent letter inquiring into whether some of our
products contain gluten.  In fact, some of our food products, as listed
below, do contain gluten.  Those products are as follows:



All Flavors of the dry Hidden Valley dressing mixes and dips contain low
levels of gluten.



Hidden Valley Salad Crispins contains gluten.



Hidden Valley bottled salad dressings, K.C. Masterpiece barbecue sauce
and Kitchen Bouquet browning and seasoning sauce may contain low levels
of gluten depending on the source of our ingredients.



We understand your concern and regret that some of our food products may
not fit into your special diet requirements.  Hopefully, however, this
gives you the information you need to help you decide if our products
are suitable for you.
