I am a 72yr.old lady  diagnosed with celiac disease  one and a half years ago after many many frustrating years  of being sick.I'm feeling much better although it's hard to change one's eating habits at this stage of life.I would appreciate it if I could get some information on which brand of spices are gluten free and safe from cross contamination.I live in Alberta  Canada. I'm thankful for all the helpful advice I've learned from all of you  on this site.
