Hi Listmates,
Thank you so much to everyone who took the time to respond to me.
I am feeling alot more confident that we should have a positive experience
in March.

The general feedback was to PLAN AHEAD, CALL AHEAD, and request the
document from Disney Cruise (thru travel agent) that outlines our dietary
restrictions. I heard from several people who said they had GF pancakes,
pizza, mac/cheese, and a basket of GF bread brought to the table! Another
person told me she had a GF b-day cake made on the ship for her child.

SO, it sounds like Disney has come a long way in accommodating special
diets, particularly GF, so we are all very much looking forward to the
cruise. I will summarize again w/ specifics after we return.

Thank you all again for your support.
Allison/TX
