I have just come back from a two week vacation in Costa Rica and wanted to
share with you.

I flew on Delta Airlines and had a wonderful Gluten Free meal both ways.  In
fact the food on Delta was delicious, this was the first time that I had
flown on Delta and I would recommend flying with them.  There was nothing on
the tray I could not eat.

We stayed at the Cala Luna Resort in Tamarindo, Costa Rica (a 5 star hotel).

Everyday I had a wonderful Gluten Free meal (3 course) I had no problem with
the food at all and the hotel was really good to me and very helpful and
they went out of their way to accommodate my food problem.

I would highly recommend this for a vacation.
