I discovered a new product.  Well, maybe it's not new, but I only just discovered it.  Our local health food store, Jimbo's carries it.  (Escondido, CA)

The company is Omega Foods.  I found the product in the frozen section.  I hadn't found a gluten-free vegie burger, so this seemed liked a good alternative.  (We're not vegetarians, just like variety)  Anyway.  It's labeled like this:

Wild Salmon Burgers

Gluten Free

Dairy Free

98% Fat Free

We tried them and liked them.  They also have tuna burgers that are also labeled gluten-free.  Haven't tried those yet, just excited to see this product.
