Hi all,
I only got a few responses on my question about the gluten status of the
Target brand sleep aid that is comparable to Simply Sleep.

One person said I should try melotonin, but did not know about Target's
sleep aid.

Another person suggested that I should stay away from generic brands
because they are harder to verify. This person verified the gf status
of Tylenol PM gelcaps through two phone calls but warned that the
caplets do contain gluten.

Other people welcomed me to the list and provided some guidance for me
as a newly diagnosed celiac. Thank you - I appreciated all your
responses and guidance. I need it!
Lori
