Hello All,

What I knew to be true was confirmed :(  Barley grass cannot be trusted because while the grass itself is gf, it comes into contact w/ barley, therefore making it glutinous and dangerous/unacceptable.  Thanks for the replies...I'll chuck the vitamins or give them to a glutinous friend...$$ down the drain but my gut will rejoice!!!
