Ahh, my little chocolate chip secret!  Use the Toll House recipe off the
back of the bag, but put in 1/2 soy flour and 1/2 rice flour for the wheat,
and add a little extra butter or oil.  And NUTS!  And they are
just as good as the real thing... or actually, hey, they are the real thing!
Just don't let them overcook!
