I was diagnosed about 2 years ago with Celiac Disease and have had
remarkable improvement on the diet. My family and I have adjusted well to
the GF diet and things seemed to be going pretty well....... except
I seemed to have a lot of "cold" like symptoms. Stuffy nose, tight chest,
sinus headaches, etc.
Last week I had allergy testing done, I was hoping the would find
someting, although not as much as they did.
To make a long story short, I had allergic reactions to:
Trees, Grass, Ragweed, Dog dander, Cat dander, House dust, milk, corn,
tobacco, and lamb. Sigh.
I'm now trying to get a handle on how to eliminate corn and milk products
from my diet. (My 8 year old keeps telling me it would be much easier to
make a list to the things I can eat rather than the things I can't).
If you have any suggestions, books, web links, other resources please let
me know!
