I purchased a package of 8 and one half inch diameter round, dry spring roll wrappers at an asian food store. The lady who sold them to me couldn't tell me how to soften them - a communication problem. There are no directions at all on the package. Can anyone tell me how to use these? I have some ideas for fillings, but don't know how to soften the wrappers. I really wanted small square ones for pot stickers, but this is all I've been able to find.

Thanks,
Barbara
