LACTULOSE is a disaccharide of the two monosaccharides: galactose and
fructose. Lactulose acts as an bifidus factor, (can give diarrhoea)
if you alraedy have an ustable intensine. I figure that lactulose
acts as xylose and others poor-digestable saccharides.
It is made from lactose in milk.
TEST FOR GLUTEN.
Yes, there is on the market a test for gluten. It is very expensive,
acts via the immunologic test-systems, it will not prove omega-gliadin
(oats) as long as the gliadin in oats are immunologic different for
the gliadin in wheat, rye and barley.
