Really? which amounts in grams of protein?

Protein toxicity of course varies between humans.
Influences are:

Size of the kidney.

Amount of water ingested (or better pissed - you may excuse)

Total mass of the blood (as a buffer temporarily storing amonia and other
acids). Should be related to body size.

Size of the liver.

Extent to which the liver is occupied with other tasks
- like metabolizing alcohol.
