Ahh, understood.  I, too, believe Todd needs more carbs for DIT.  My own
body heat increased the more I tried to stay out of ketosis or better said
just above ketosis.  Achievable but not without constant manipulation.  I
couldn't have effectively done it w/o dietpower.   Oliva
