Sure.  Anything bad happens and if it's on the news, I think it encourages
that person to keep doing it and I , also think it encourages more people to
do it (the same thing).  How many people on this list are in the
D.C./Maryland Area?  Do you think this is an aftermath of 9/11/2001?
