I have been wondering why we get so many emails/spam that aren't even
addressed to US. I mean I thought that the address determined where an
email goes, so it makes no sense to think that the address isn't for us, yet
the email still arrives in our box.
Plus, does spam go out to everybody at the same address AFTER the @?
In other words, if I wanted to send an email to everybody at yahoo.com....
is there a way to enter a wildcard character in front of the at sign in the
TO: section of the email to do that?
What allows these spammers to do this technically?
Just curious, thanks.
