I have Faigin's book. I'm usually around 135g for a carb up meal, although
I don't really keep tabs like I used to. After a while you can just about
see the carbs content of a meal based on past experience of what works for
carb meals and what doesn't work. I remain in ketosis at 65g when lifting.
