Thanks for your opinion but Don is the creator of this list.When he
makes a request it is not negotiable. We spend a far amount of time
keeping the list on topic. There are a lot of other places to discuss
non-paleo topics but the paleofood list is the only active place that I
know of to discuss paleo eating and its benefits
