Bruce,  I do not agree with everything that you say or have the background to critique some of it, but I am enjoying your posts (a lot).   I apologize if you have already been through this exercise and I missed it, but can you set out a typical day of your own meals (or refer back to a previous post that I missed and could retrieve).
