No grains to speak of. Some dairy in the way of occasional cheese and butter
I cook with. And that bit of half and half in my one a day morning cup of
coffee. Carbs are from green veggies, salads, berries, and melon. About 1o-12
ounces of protein a day, fats in nuts, beef, butter, olives,.
