Eating paleo food cannot be a religous event. If you used a lot of dairy
before and now use a little now and then, well, it is not paleo but it is
life. That is paleo too; taking and using what you like and if you are not
allergic...?! It's not only the genes for food we have in common with our
ancesters it all those other things as well, like having fun, eating what
tastes good, playing and for that matter - arguing.
