I have been experimenting a lot with diet for the last year.I have been
eating cooked frequently sometimes as often as every day. I notice the
difference when I eat raw. It digests better and I am stronger. I would
especially recommend raw meat to anyone who works out with heavy
weights. I am mostly paleo but eat Organic Pastures raw butter regularly
for additional fat to balance the lean meat. Last winter I was drinking
6 quarts of raw milk, 3 pints of raw cream plus raw cheese and
sometimes raw colostrum. I have cut back on most of the dairy.
