Speaking of tea. I would have to say that ice tea (black tea) is my all
time favorite refreshing beverage. However I have no insight in to the
nutritional benefits of this beverage or it's paleolithicness (my new word
for the day).

I do know that black tea does not seem to have the draining diuretic
effect of drinking coffee.

Is it good/bad/neutral for you?
