I think it was calf's liver, certainly not lamb's at any rate. Whatever it
was, it ended up disgusting as I had anticipated. Although, to be totally
truthful, it started out not quite as bad as I thought, but then as time
went on, I got more and more grossed out by it and finally could not finish it.
