Tea definitely stains worse than coffee. I use bleaching toothpaste or bleach
from the dentist which I use in a customized tray.   What helps to prevent
the stains at least on the front of your teeth is to drink your tea through a
straw.  Also, get regular cleanings at the dentist -- at least twice per year.
