Here is the transcript of an item I heard broadcast on the BBC this
morning.  It decribes the perilous life of a barefoot honey gatherer in
the tropical forests of Bangladesh

I think we can assume that honey was prized, but rarely a part of the diet
and predominantly seasonal.  Note, too, way the honey gatherers conserve
their source of honey for next season.
