Don't get the ronco!  it has no temp control and I think you have to rotate
the trays which annoying.  American Harvest (Nesco) are good dehydrators
there is one on ebay for $20 (7 hours left) look for a 500 W model with at
least 4 trays. Make sure you can add on more trays in case you want to make a
lot of jerky.
