Hi Mary,
> I need 1) a kick butt paleo meatloaf recipe
I found this idea in a Canadian TV Guide.
Instead of using the typical fillers for meatloaf like bread crumbs and
oats, gently saute all the finely chopped or grated vegetables you like
such as garlic, onions, cabbage, carrots, parsley, kale.... whatever is
appealing and add to the uncooked ground meat - (1-1 1/2 pounds) with salt
and pepper and seasonings plus egg (s).
Bake at 350 for about one hour
2)ideas for any of these other meats, especially the pollock fillets, as
its tricky to get them to taste good.
Pollock would make good 'crab' cakes since they make artificial crab from
this fish.
Paleobest,
Susan
