Hi Mary

One of he best sources of Magnesium is from pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds.
I asked a while back if they were paleo and the answer seemed to be assertive
as others ate them. Anyway here is a nutritional breakdown of pumkin seeds. As
you can see they are also very high in potassium.
