I haven't noticed any correlation, but I'll keep an eye on it and
see if that's the case in me.

I don't know about A, but C generates a lot of acid, and maybe
that's causing other chain reactions.  I wonder what would happen
if you tried taking high doses of C with enough Calcium to
balance the acid/base levels in your system, whether that would
also take care of the lump on your bone?  My understanding is
that Calcium acts as an anti-inflammatory, too.
