I entered my menus for today into the fitday.com program and it appears that
I am possibly consuming too much protein. (I'm 5 feet, 2.5 inches tall.)
Below is my menu -- any thoughts on how I could best tweak it if my primary
goal is fat loss? PS: I work out around an hour per day --- walking/speed
jump roping/fast walking/sprint intervals/sometimes stationary
bike/rebounding/occasional weight lifting.

Breakfast: 1 can sardines packed in olive oil (drained); 1 egg; 1 cup
blueberries
Lunch: 8 oz roast turkey breast over 2.5 cups mixed lettuce greens; 1 medium
carrot; 1 stalk celery; olive oil; 1/4 cup blueberries
Supper:  8 oz buffalo burger; 1.25 cups chopped spinach; 1 green pepper;
olive oil & macadamia nut oil
