I meant you should searching around your state/region for farms that raise
grass-fed/free range meats/poultry.  Best way I know of is to start doing
searches for sources, search on words like "New York" and "grass-fed",
"antibiotic-free" "no growth hormones" etc.  You may be best off finding a
source within driving range of where you live, you can haul it back to your
home frozen in a couple of coolers and save shipping costs that way -
combine a  trip with pleasure to nearby areas when you find a source where
you can purchase the product direct.  Maybe you've already done searches
like I suggest and found nothing, but I would just think there are lots of
small scale farms like ours that offer the types of products you seek.  I
don't know about local butcher shops - but maybe they could give you some
referrals/tips to help your search.
