There's a huge difference between not calling one another
denigrating and insulting names, and being "politically correct."

Does calling someone an idiot in a *support* group help alleviate
stress? Does asking someone to refrain from ad hominem attacks
keep them from expressing their opinion?

I'm not ex-fat, I'm still fat. Very fat, and struggling. I see
paleo as being the best approach to my long-term health, though
for me it's going to be a long and difficult road.
