You might need to lower your carbs even more.
I keep my carbs between 20-26 grams per day & other than my coffee, I get
virtually all of my carbs from low-starch veggies.
Are you sure about your carb counts? For example, there is a gram of carb in
a cup of black coffee and .75 gram in a hard-boiled egg.
