Now, I've read just the opposite (sorry, I don't have any references). *Eat
the skin and eat the dark meat.* Dang it, I wish I had the source. The
skin and dark meat of poultry is supposed to have something that's better
for your body than the *skinless, boneless, white meat* they keep pushing on
us. There's something in that dark meat. Decades ago turkey and chicken
used to be mainly dark meat before they were bred to produce more white.
