Well, since you call them crisps I can't help but think you're from
England :-)

Cape Code brand Sea Salt and Vinegar chips have not (so far) had lactose
in them - though to be fair it's been a few months since I bought them.
  If you're in the Northeast (at least) you should be able to find them
-- or online at http://www.capecodchips.com/

Go the the dropdown Products-->Nutritional Information.  You can see the
ingredients.  And then check when you get to the store.
