The longer cheese is aged, the less lactose will be found in it. So, aged
cheeses should be fairly safe.
I don't know about goat's milk. I'm allergic to casein, and I really don't
want to find out the hard way that I don't tolerate it.
You can have some dark chocolate, but not milk chocolate. Read the labels
carefully.
You can also try taking Lactaid with dairy products and drinking Lactaid
milk. Both of these work well for my LI son.
