When my three year-old had to stay overnight to have blood oxygen levels
monitored after a very severe anaphylactic reaction to dairy, every meal
sent to her contained dairy.  Good thing I'd brought the toddler soy can and
cereal, or she'd been very hungry!  It's amazing how dangerous a hospital
can be.
