Joy, it wasn't the president who gave the order, but his brother, Jeb Bush.
But I agree with you and Kat.  This experience is nothing new. It was tried
before in the 1920's and 30's in America under the name eugenics.   The
ideas of Nazi
Germany came out of this era, so much so that at the Nuremburg (sp) trials,
one of the defenses of the Nazi's were that they were only copying America's
idealogies.
