Hi Everyone,

You are invited to tune in to WSUM 91.7 fm radio on Friday, December 6, 2002 at 4pm for an important live radio interview with Mr. Joe Brewoo, President and Mr. Godwin Amegashie, Vice President of the African Association of Madison, Inc. (AAM).

The two  AAM officials will discuss the current status of the association and its future with the larger Madision community via radio. This interview is expected to be worthwhile because President Joe Brewoo and his Vice President will seize the opportunity to speak to all Africans and non-Africans residing in the city of Madison and beyond, as they are poised to explain the essence of the organization and its defining effect and impact on its members and the Madison community. Please participate by calling the studio line at 608-265-8697.

Meanwhile, the AAM has notified all Africans residing in Madison to attend its Quarterly Meeting on Saturday evening, December 7, 2002 at the Monona Terrace, at which time, AAM members and non-members will be briefed about activities of the organization since the incumbency of its president, Joe Brewoo.

In a related development, vacancies are open for candidates to contest various positions ranging from Vice-President, Secretary, Asst. and Financial Secretaries; the AAM election is slated for this month. The usual End-of the Year Party for all Africans including Madison residents is scheduled for December 15, 2002. Place? Please get follow-up information at the general meeting, this Saturday, December 7 at the Monona Terrace.
