Well, if it is the case that you need sighted assistance to install this
new JAWS 6, don't you think we ought to complain to F.S.?  I think it's
outrageous that they would concoct an authorization scheme that a blind
person couldn't handle independently.  And I don't doubt for a second that
John had this experience, and that many others will, too.  Now I'm nervous
about installing the program myself when I receive it in the mail.
