Good morning list members:

Thanks to those of you who responded to my MS Excel question.

it seems to be working fine now but I never really worked out what the
problem was.  i powered the computer down and restarted it, opened Excel and
it read the cells and rows fine, just as it should.

Again, for those of you who took the time to answer, a big thank you and i
have gleaned some useful tips about Excel so it was a useful exercise.
